World Championship of Single Table Tournaments ("WCOSTT")

• Only Single Table Tournaments (STTs) that consist of 10 players count.
• The buy in must be at least $10 plus fee.
• Only normal STTs count for points, satellites, feeders, private STTs or qualifiers of any kind do not.
• Players do not need to register for this promotion as their records will be checked, however it is the players responsibility to ensure that they appear on the qualifiers list and in the event of an error must contact Customer Support at least 7 days prior to the start of the playoffs.
• Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that every qualified player is invited to this promotiont, Easy play poker accept no responsibility for qualified players being accidently omitted from the promotion and no financial reimbursement will be made to them should this unfortunate event arise.
• The promotion is based on 60 players qualifying during the qualifying period and the guaranteed prize fund is based on that. Easy play poker reserve the right to reduce the prize fund depending on the number of qualifying players.
• Easy play poker reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Any player found guilty of abusing the qualifying procedures or colluding in rounds after qualifying will be disqualified from the competition with all rights to any prize money and or prizes forfeited.
• A week runs Monday to Sunday using the time in the poker client.
• A month is a calendar month from the 1st day until the last day of the month using midnight server time in the poker client.
• Qualifying period is from June 1st 2009 until October 31st 2009 (until midnight server time).
• In the event of less than 60 players qualifying the playoffs will be re-structured and the new format placed on www.easyplaypoker.com.
• Easy play poker may amend the qualifying requirements without notice or warning to participants, this will only be done if it is in the interest of the competitiveness of the competition.
• The overall winner accepts that Easy play poker may wish to use players details on promotional material.

Pick the Winning Hand Game Rules

• Entry open to players aged 18 years and over.
• Exception: no officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of the Company or one of its affiliated or subsidiary companies, or suppliers or vendors, are not permitted to participate directly or indirectly in the Pick the Winning Hand Game. Similarly, relatives of Unauthorized Persons are not permitted to participate directly or indirectly in the Pick the Winning Hand Game. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. Any person found to have violated this section will not be entitled to collect any winnings.
• Account registration required to receive one selection of Pick the Winning Hand Game. All full accounts registered by the 31st October 2009 are eligible to enter. All personal details need to be entered before this date.
• EPP reserve the right to add additional ways to earn additional selections.
• The closing date is 6th November 2009 any entries received after this date will not be eligible. Easy Play Poker shall incur no liabilities for entries that are late or go astray or are lost through technical fault.
• In the event that there are multiple winners Easy play poker will organise an online tournament for all correct entries to determine the outright winner.
• The prizes are non transferable and non negotiable and there is no cash alternative in lieu of the prize.
• Prize must be used in accordance with Easy play poker terms.
• Easy play poker reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value should circumstances make this necessary.
• The winning entries will be posted on www.easyplaypoker.com and Easy play poker’s decision is final.
• No correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize winners names can be obtained after the closing date by sending an email to Customer Support. Participation in the game indicates that you have accepted these rules.

Deposit/Reload Bonuses

• 100% up to $600.
• Bonus expires 90 days from deposit.
• Bonus expires upon withdrawal.
• No code is required for standard bonus.
• Bonus is paid in $10 increments.
• Bonus is earned at $1 per 50 VIPs.
